Our flavors are curated by the exceptionally skilled Candace Roño. As a Le Cordon Bleu-trained Head Pastry Chef and co-founder of Tifa Chocolate & Gelato, Candace has refined hundreds of gelato recipes, meticulously designed to cater to the American palate. Her unique approach to gelato making combines the authentic Italian method with innovative flavors that resonate with American taste preferences, creating an unforgettable culinary experience for every dessert enthusiast.
