We offer an assortment of artisan chocolate bars from around the world. We also make our own unique Truffles, Bon-Bons, Caramels and Nut Clusters using the finest ingredients. Our head chef, Candace Orr, and her team constantly look for new flavor combinations and unusual ingredients.

Chocolate Bon Bon & Truffle Flavors
Bleu Cheese & Honey
This is the signature chocolate that put us on the map. White chocolate is combined with soft blue cheese and honey then blended until smooth. The ganache is piped into a dark chocolate shell to balance out the sweetness. It is unique and one of our favorites. Try with a bold Cabernet Sauvignon. You won’t be disappointed.
This brown sugar coffee flavor is coated with a dark chocolate shell. This bon bon is rich, sweet, and creamy. It will totally satisfy your sweet tooth.
Dark Chocolate Hazelnut
We couldn’t have chocolate in our name if we didn’t do our own version of a classic. We use a rich and sweet dark chocolate ganache that’s mixed with hazelnut paste and piped into a dark chocolate shell. The saltiness from the hazelnut and the sweetness from the chocolate will make you smile.
Dark Chocolate Irish Coffee
If you are the type of person that adds a little extra warmth to your coffee, this is for you. This chocolate is mixed with a coffee flavor and a good dash of Irish cream. It will warm your heart and your tummy.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
You can’t go wrong with an ode to a classic. We use our own signature peanut butter filling in our dark chocolate shells. It will bring you back to your happy place.
Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Rosemary
Made with our Belgian 64% chocolate that has a deep roast. We add pomegranate and ground rosemary to our ganache. The fruitiness of the chocolate enhances the pomegranate flavor and the rosemary brings warmth to this flavor combo.
Dark Chocolate Raspberry
A blend of dark chocolate is mixed with a sweet raspberry compound that is then filled into a dark chocolate shell. The full-bodied flavor of the chocolate boosts the fruitiness of the raspberry.
Dark Chocolate Strawberry Rhubarb
Made with a 64% Belgian style ganache with strawberry and rhubarb compounds. The chocolate has notes of mixed fruit and will pop the strawberry tart flavor with the rhubarb adding warmth.

Mexican Hot Chocolate
The Mexican Hot Chocolate was inspired by the history of Mexico. We use a bold dark chocolate ganache combined with cinnamon, cayenne, and chipotle to create a vibrant full flavored chocolate. We absolutely love this chocolate. It has a warm heat from the chipotle with a light fire from the cayenne. The cinnamon adds some sweetness and warmth to round it all out and blend everything together. If you like flavorful heat, this one’s your new best friend.
White Chocolate Meyer Lemon Blueberry
This ganache filling is a Belgian style white chocolate that’s blended with Meyer lemon zest and flavorful blueberry. The ganache is then piped into a dark chocolate shell. This chocolate is sweet, bright, and tart all at the same time.
White Chocolate Pumpkin Pie
When the leaves are falling, you will fall in love with this little pie of the season. Our white chocolate ganache is flavored with pumpkin and spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. It’s then enrobed in dark chocolate and placed in crumbles of graham cracker for a little slice of our interpretation of pumpkin pie.
White Chocolate Strawberry Champagne
Our Belgian style white chocolate ganache is made in the traditional Belgian style, not overly sweet with light chocolate undertones from the cocoa butter. Dehydrated strawberries and strawberry puree are added with dry champagne. This one is not just for celebrations.

If you ever wished you could just eat your coffee in the morning, this one is going to bring you joy. It’s a layered ganache in a milk chocolate shell. One layer of white chocolate for a creamy flavor and texture then a milk chocolate coffee flavor. One bite will wake you up and put a smile on your face.
The cutest chocolate in town. Our creamy rich milk chocolate surrounds a marshmallow inside. Coated in its dark chocolate shell then dipped in more milk chocolate. To top it off we have a good old fashioned mini marshmallow crisp on top. It’s a little bite of cocoa.
Milk Chocolate Maple & Smoked Sea Salt
This is an absolute must! If you like the salty-sweet combo then this is for you. We take our Belgian 40% milk chocolate and mix in some maple syrup. We blend the ganache until silky smooth then fill it into a dark chocolate shell. We pipe some milk chocolate on top and finish with a sprinkling of smoked sea salt. Devine!
Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
This is our signature peanut butter filling with a sweeter twist. We surround this one in our favorite milk chocolate that has undertones of caramel. This one will make you melt.
Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel
This little delight is our most popular one. We take our signature apple honey caramels and coat them in our 64% dark chocolate. Then we top them with Himalayan salt for the perfect salty sweet combo. The salt really brings out the rich flavor of the caramel. Need we say more.
Hickory Smoked Salted Caramel
Our salted caramels are not your average caramel. We start with our made in house signature honey and apple caramel that has a nice pull. Then we coat the caramel with our 40% milk chocolate and top it off with a hickory smoked sea salt. The combo of the hint of apple and honey with the sweet creaminess of the chocolate and the warm smoke of the salt is the best treat.

Blackberry Sage With White & Dark Chocolate
This bonbon is nicknamed the layers of love. It’s a white chocolate ganache, infused with sage and a dark chocolate ganache, flavored with blackberry puree, married in a 64% chocolate shell. When you take your first bite, you’ll experience a flavor burst of rich dark chocolate blackberry. The white chocolate sage will then begin to melt together with the dark leaving you with a sweet and earthy herbal sensation. Who says opposites don’t attract?
Dark Chocolate Cranberry Orange
This is the newest addition to our little family of chocolates. We are happy to have them for our holiday season. We take dark chocolate and add some cranberry orange reduction and coat it in more dark chocolate. We top it with dehydrated cranberry crystals and sprinkle it with gold. Happy Holidays!

This little ball of love is sweet and spicy all in one. A 64% smooth truffle is flavored with a sweet and tart passion fruit puree then coated in dark chocolate and sprinkled with dehydrated habanero flavor crystals. Once you bite into this Tifa favorite you will be hit with the sweet fruit then the habanero heat will slowly build on your taste buds. But don’t worry… this little treat is perfect heat that won’t make you sweat like a first date.
White Chocolate Eggnog
We couldn’t do the holidays with out a little eggnog cheer. We take a white chocolate ganache and add some eggnog and pipe it into a dark chocolate shell. Then a little dab of white chocolate on top and a sprinkling of nutmeg and its a holiday drink you can eat!
